.SYNOPSIS...HIGH PRESSURE ALOFT WILL BUILD EAST INTO THE GREAT
BASIN ON TUESDAY. A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM OFF THE SOUTHERN
CALIFORNIA COAST WILL MOVE INLAND TUESDAY...THEN TURN NORTH AND
IMPACTS MUCH OF SOUTHERN...CENTRAL AND WESTERN UTAH MIDWEEK.

.DISCUSSION...MID LEVEL RIDGING ACROSS THE GREAT BASIN WILL SLOWLY
BUILD EASTWARD TUESDAY BRINGING A CONTINUED SLOW WARMING TREND
ACROSS THE NORTH. MEANWHILE AN UPPER LOW SITUATED OFF THE SOUTHERN
CA COASTLINE WILL MEANDER INLAND DURING THE DAY...WITH THE
DOWNSTREAM DEFORMATION AXIS SPREADING INTO SOUTHERN UT DURING THE
AFTERNOON HOURS PROVIDING A FOCUS FOR ISOLATED TO SCATTERED
AFTERNOON CONVECTION. GOING FORECAST LOOKS IN GOOD SHAPE AND NO
UPDATES ARE PLANNED.
