15 Sep 2011...The 2nd annual Medford WFO "Open House" for the aviation community was held 10 Sep 2010 at the Medford NWS WFO and at the Rogue Valley International Airport. Office staff provided valuable information about weather patterns, the components involved in creating aviation forecasts, and the NWS's role in aviation weather forecasting. Thanks to everyone that came out, and we are planning to host this event again next year.

18 Sep 2010...Decoded TAFs are now available when you click on an airport on the METAR/TAF Map tab at the top. When you click on the airport, you'll see a window open with recent observations. From there, you can click on the tab near the top that says "Decoded TAF".
