Tornadoes, funnel clounds or severe thunderstorms |

1. Tornadoes or funnel clouds are observed
2. Hail observed ½ inch in diameter or larger
3. Rainfall at a rate of ½ inch or more an hour
4. Wind gust of 35 miles an hour or more |
Rainfall |

1. One inch or more in 12 hours
2. 1 ½ inches or more in 24 hours
3. Rain that freezes on contact with the ground or other surfaces |
Snowfall |
|
1. Below 1500 ft two or more inches of new snow
2. Between 1500 ft and 3500 ft four or more inches of new snow
3. Above 3500 ft six inches or more of new snow |
Winds |

1. Below 3500 ft estimated winds of 35 mph or greater
