From the vicinity of Hell's
Canyon eastward along the Nez Perce/Payette County boarder. At intersection
of the Little Salmon River, go north along the Little Salmon to the town
of Riggins. Continue eastward from Riggins along the Salmon river until
the 116 degree longitude (approx. location French Creek).
