moving through northeast Washington. The sharpest drying (located just east of the
white square) is apparent spreading southeast. The drying reaches a peak over Spokane
and Coeur D'Alene around 2030 UTC and persist through 2130 UTC. The sharpest drying
coincides with the strongest wind gusts reported over the area.
