:

Have a nice weather photo or video? Did you snap pics of the severe weather that impacted parts of eastern Washington and north Idaho during the evening of Wednesday, June 11th? If so, the National Weather Service in Spokane is always interested in receiving weather-related photos. Examples include interesting clouds, landscape, fog, flooding, hail, snow, lightning and tornadoes.

Share your photos and they could be included in special weather features on our web site and/or used in presentations to weather spotters, local classrooms, etc. You will receive full credit for any submitted photos!

Photos submitted from the public have greatly improved our forecaster and spotter training initiatives, as well as educational and community outreach programs.

How to Submit Your Photo:

Email your photo to the webmaster. Make sure to include the location, date, time, and who to give credit to in the body of the email. In addition, please provide written permission to use your photo.

Because this is a government web site, images submitted to the NWS become part of the public domain.
