GEOMAC - National Fire Activity Maps

This web site shows a nationwide map which displays the location of current wildfires, as well as fire perimiters. The map will depict fires from 2007, as well as for the years 2002 through 2006.


USDA Forest Service - Remote Sensing Applications Center

This web site is an excellent resource which provides a variety of maps depicting current wildfires across the country, as well as the location of areas previously burned by fire.


IMET (Incident Meteorologist) Dispatch Report

This report lists the current status of all IMETs who are currently deployed on a wildfire. The IMET's name and office is listed, as well as the name of the fire or complex on which he/she is working. In addition, the expected release date of each IMET is posted here.
