Current Surface Observations (METARs)
These observations reflect current weather conditions at many observing stations from around Arizona and her bordering states. Many of these observations are from NWS ASOS units (Automated Surface Observing Systems). Some of the observed parameters include: sky condition, visibility, temperature, dew point, wind and pressure (as well as additive remarks). To select multiple observations, use the CTRL or SHIFT key.

These Remote Automated Weather Stations are not owned by the NWS, rather by various wildland fire agencies such as BLM. These stations report a variety of weather elements such as temperature, dewpoint, wind and RH. The RAWS stations listed in the drop down lists below are located within the Phoenix CWA. To view RAWS observations from around the country, click the following link: RAWS OBS AROUND THE U.S. For additional information about the RAWS program, check out the "RAWS HOME PAGE".
