Mrs. Barbara J. Ekker, left, observer at Hanksville, Utah, accepts her 40 Year Length of
Service Award from Salt Lake City OPL Steve Summy.  In addition to her cooperative
observer duties, Barbara also takes A-Paid observations for the Salt Lake City Forecast Office.
Other awards Mrs. Ekker has received include the Holm Award in 1997.
