Closed Low spinning over southern Cali will continue to slide well south of the region over the next 24 hours. That said... converging low level moisture from the south/west will keep low clouds across the Wasatch through today and much of tonight.

Weak storms passing north of the state will flatten the mean ridge in place Friday and again on Monday bringing a threat of light snowfall...but the persistent ridge only looks to amplify and strengthen over the intermountain west next week. No significant snow expected in the next 10-14 days.
