FRONT WORKS THROUGH THE REGION. VERY DRY CONDITIONS AND BREEZY
WINDS WILL RESULT IN LOCALIZED CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS
FOR MONO COUNTY THROUGH THIS AFTERNOON. OTHERWISE, EXPECT WINDS
TO GRADUALLY DECREASE THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING WITH MODERATE
