This data is from the Weather Research and Forecasting Environmental Modeling System (WRF-EMS). The model is running locally
at the Forecast Office in Sacramento. This high resolution model is running the Non-Hydrostatic Mesoscale (WRF-NMM) dynamical
core at approximately a 5-km horizontal resolution.
