 Montana Weather Summary
National Weather Service Great Falls MT
 321 PM MST Sat Dec 16 2017
At 3 PM it was 29 in Bozeman, 30 in Billings, 32 in Missoula, 33 in
Great Falls, 35 in Helena, and 37 degrees in Glasgow. Pockets of
mainly light snow were lingering across Western, Southwest, North-
Central, and South-Central Montana. Skies were partly to mostly
 cloudy over the state.
West of the Continental Divide, mostly cloudy skies are expected
through tonight. East of the divide, significant clearing is
expected as a disturbance exits to the east. Most of the lingering
snow will taper-off this evening, but snow remains in the forecast
through tonight west of the Continental Divide as Pacific moisture
continues to stream into the area. Patchy freezing fog is also
possible tonight. Lows will reach the teens or 20`s for most, but
colder readings, in the single digits on either side of 0 degrees,
are expected for the Southwest Montana valleys.
Cloud cover will increase from west to east on Sunday as the
aforementioned stream of Pacific moisture extends east of the
divide. Scattered snow showers are expected along and west of the
divide, while any freezing fog should dissipate by late morning.
Afternoon high temperatures will mainly reach the 20`s or 30`s west
of the divide and in Southwest Montana, while highs mainly in the
30`s or 40`s are expected elsewhere.
