The Daily, Weekly and Departure from normal FRET images are available for the CONUS at http://digital.weather.gov , under the drop down weather element menu or at.

Evapotranspiration Table (ETT) text products composed of daily FRET values for particular locations for the next seven days will also be available for some WFOs.
For example, the Sacramento area tabular FRET forecast is available at: https://www.wrh.noaa.gov/total_forecast/getprod.php?afos=xxxETTsto&wfo=sto , where sto is the NWS Weather Forecast Office Identifier.
